This is an agreement (contract) between the two parties designated above. Communication for this contract has been made through the internet and will continue to be in digital format. No amendments may be made without formal amendment of the contract.
The contract outlines mutual obligations of the artist and their client.
Client has received a formal quote for the work requested and agrees to the outlined financial obligations within the quote.
Client will provide Artist with all necessary references and details necessary to facilitate the commissioned work. Client will keep open communication with the artist in order to keep a smooth and simple process from becoming overly complicated.
Client certifies that all work requested is not infringing on the rights of others knowingly and that they own full rights to the works they represent.
Client will make payments in accordance with the outlined payment arrangements within the quote.
Artist certifies that all work created is legal, free of copyright infringement or illegal activity, and is work which they created.
Artist has provided an outlined schedule for when the project will begin and end, as well as payment dates. Artist will adhere to this schedule.
Artist will provide revisions as is outlined in the services page of the Artist’s website.
